Local Pickup/Prince Edward Island
We are located just outside of Charlottetown, PE. If you live on Prince Edward Island, we highly encourage you to choose Local Pickup for the shipping method and we will contact you when your order is ready.
Canada
Shipping is charged based on how much you are buying and where in Canada you are located. Shipping is free for all orders $150 and over (before tax). Tracking is included on all shipments. Please allow two business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. If you have a small-sized order — buttons, for example — and you would like us to send it via letter mail with no tracking, please send us a note and we will be happy to ship your items free. By choosing this option, however, we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
USA
We charge a flat rate of $25 for shipping to the USA. Shipping is free for all orders $150 and over. Please allow two business days for your order to be packaged and shipped.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes one or more pre-order items and qualifies for free shipping, your entire order will be shipped together after the pre-order item(s) arrives in our shop, in order to keep the free shipping.
Returns
Returns are only accepted within 14 days and all products must be in the original condition. Cut fabric cannot be returned.
